طلب حذف الحساب
يتيح تطبيق معيار للمستخدم حذف حسابه والبيانات المرتبطة به من داخل التطبيق. إذا لم تتمكن من الدخول إلى حسابك، يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

يجب أن يتضمن طلب الحذف رقم الجوال المرتبط بالحساب حتى نتمكن من التحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
طريقة الحذف من داخل التطبيق
- افتح تطبيق معيار.
- انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي.
- افتح الإعدادات.
- اختر حذف الحساب.
- أكّد كلمة المرور إذا طُلب منك ذلك.
- أكّد عملية حذف الحساب.
البيانات التي يتم حذفها
عند حذف الحساب، يتم حذف أو إخفاء بيانات تسجيل الدخول والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب، بما في ذلك رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، اسم المستخدم، كلمة المرور، رموز التحقق، وبيانات المصادقة.
البيانات التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها
قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات عند الحاجة لأغراض قانونية أو أمنية أو محاسبية أو لمنع الاحتيال أو معالجة النزاعات أو الامتثال للأنظمة المعمول بها.
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
يتم الاحتفاظ فقط بالبيانات الضرورية وللمدة المطلوبة نظامًا أو للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله.
Account Deletion Request
Miar allows users to delete their account and associated data from inside the app. If you cannot access your account, you can request account deletion by email.

Please include the phone number linked to your account so we can verify account ownership before processing the request.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the Miar app.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm your password if required.
- Confirm the account deletion request.
Data Deleted
When an account is deleted, Miar removes or anonymizes personal login information, including phone number, email address, username, password, OTP codes, and authentication-related information.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Data Retention Period
Retained information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
